Cost
How pricing works
We don't print prices, because the same pest can be a one-visit job in one house and a six-week job in the next. Here is what changes the number and when you see it.
What decides the price
The pest, the size of the house and lot, how long it has been going on, how many gaps need sealing and how many visits it will take.
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
It includes the inspection, a written scope, the visits listed and the follow-up terms. It leaves out repairs to the house, such as rotted trim, a chimney cap or tree work.
What happens at the visit
We inspect the whole house and walk you through what we found. If an inspection fee applies, it is its own line on the quote and comes off the work if you go ahead.
After hours
We don't run an after-hours line. Messages left outside office hours wait until we open, and nothing costs more because of the wait.
When you get the number
In writing, before any work starts, for the whole scope. You say yes or no, and nothing is done until you say yes.
Estimate
What the written scope says
What we found
Where the pests are, how they are getting in and what is drawing them.
What we will do
The sealing, the treatment and the visits, in the order we'll do them.
The follow-up terms
How long a follow-up covers, what it covers and what voids it.
Questions about cost
Is there a contract?
No. A seasonal plan is optional and you can stop it by telling us.
Do you charge for the inspection?
It depends on the job. If there is a fee, it is on the quote as its own line, and it is credited if you go ahead with the work.
Can I get a number by phone?
We can describe the range for a typical job. We can't give a firm number until we have seen the house.
Ask for a written scope
Send the form, or call. The scope has no obligation, and nothing is done until you say yes.
