What we collect

When you send a form we receive your name, phone number and what you tell us. When you text or call, we see your number and anything you send, including photos. Our host may record standard technical details such as your browser and the pages you open.

How we use it

To answer you, book and carry out a visit, send a product list when you ask and keep the record of work at your address. We don't sell it.

Text messages

Messages go through your carrier, and message and data rates may apply. We text about your visit and send no marketing unless you ask. Reply STOP to end texts.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@armsteadpest.com. We keep service records for as long as the law or our insurer requires.
