What we use, and how to see the list
You can ask for the list of products we plan to use at your address before the visit. It comes with the label and the safety data sheet.
What a label is
Every pesticide label is a legal document. It says where a product can be used, how much, and what the applicator must wear. It also says where people and pets need to stay out and for how long. We follow it, and we show it to you.
Why we make no promises about a product
No label allows a promise of that kind, so you won't find one here or on a truck. What we can tell you is what the label asks, what we chose, and why.
How we choose
Sealing and baits first, spot treatment last
Inspection and sealing
Closing gaps and fixing moisture is the first step on every job, and it uses no pesticide.
Baits and stations
Where a product is needed, a bait in a closed station goes where only the target pest reaches it.
Targeted treatment last
A spot treatment or crack treatment goes where the inspection pointed, never across the whole house.
